These are any complaints in relation to a failure to execute or provide information on an electronic payment into or out of a Skipton Savings account. In the unlikely event that we can't give you a response within the eight-week period, you can refer your complaint to the FOS.We'll also remind you that you have a right to take your complaint to the FOS if you're not satisfied with the outcome. We'll send a final response letter within eight weeks of the initial receipt of your complaint.If it's going to take longer, we'll let you know. We'll try and resolve your complaint within four weeks. A customer relations consultant may get in touch with you if we need further information to resolve your complaint.This will be no later than five working days after receiving notification of your complaint. If we can't resolve it within three working days, we'll send you a written acknowledgement letter.Sometimes we need more time to look into your complaint. The summary will also remind you of your right to take your complaint to the FOS if you subsequently feel dissatisfied with the outcome.This will confirm your complaint has been resolved.
